This exquisite serving bowl is a product of the famous porcelain manufacturer (Erdmann Schlegelmilch) - RS Prussia, circa 1900. The bowl's magnificently scalloped edge makes the shape of the bowl an extention of the art emblazoned upon it. This extention is made even more apparent by the lovely gold flourishes, and foliage along the outer edge. However, this foliage stems from a truly beautiful rendering of wistful magnolias in the center of the bowl; using delicate whites, pinks, blues, and greens this elegant bouquet is breathtaking. This dainty yet bold piece would make a lovely addition to any collection. The underside of the bowl is stamped with a green wreath, and in red writing:" RS Prussia".
