Capodimonte porcelain marks usually feature some variation of the letter "N" topped by a crown. Often copied and appropriated, the finer and older pieces also include information about the specific factory in which the item was manufactured. Eary on, the term "Capo di Monte" came to signify a style or region.

The following images are a survey of the marks on items for sale on eBay on 09/19/2006. All items were represented to be "Capo di Monte" and not "Capo di Monte Style". However, We do not make any claim to know the authenticity of these marks as valid Sevres and not imitations. They are presented here as guidelines only.
